This 384,788-square-foot development in Berlin melds historic buildings with new construction. Completed in 1997, the mixed-use project consists of a 105,551-square-foot Regent Hotel attached to three historic buildings, which have been renovated to include 55,337 square feet of residential space comprising 46 modern, loft-style condominiums, and 182,814 square feet of first-class office space plus retailers and restaurants.
