About Khapa (Renault D2)

Hines, on behalf of its European Development Fund, and in partnership with the French real estate firm Gecina, developed the Khapa building, a 211,102-square-foot office tower in Boulogne-Billancourt, just outside of Paris. Located on a bend in the Seine River across from Seguin Island, the building was designed by architectural firms Foster & Partners and Ateliers 234.

Khapa is one of the first buildings constructed in the mixed-use redevelopment project and meets French HQE criteria (sustainable development certification schele) for its design and conceptual construction. Construction of the project began in July 2006 and was completed in 2008.
