In 2013, the Hines Global REIT, Inc. acquired the Mercedes-Bank Building in Stuttgart, Germany. Completed in 2003, the 244,728-square-foot property comprises two separate six-story buildings situated at Siemensstrasse 7 in the north end of Stuttgart. The property has two ground-level cafeterias and two levels of below-grade parking for 540 vehicles. Hines Global REIT sold the asset in 2017. Hines remains asset manager for the property.
