North Loop Green is a seven-acre, transit-oriented development on an urban site adjacent to Target Field, the home of the Minnesota Twins and the nexus of Minneapolis’ public transit system. North Loop Green is conveniently located within a block of the Skyway system, the climate-controlled pedestrian walkways connecting the central business district. The master-planned, mixed-use project will consist of residential, office, and retail components, as well as associated infrastructure and green space. Formerly known as the Warehouse District, the North Loop neighborhood is the fastest growing submarket in Minneapolis and consists of a vibrant mix of restaurants, cafes, boutiques, businesses, and residential units located in both rehabbed warehouses and new construction.
Phase I, Dock Street Flats, was completed in January 2014. Timing for the additional phases is to be determined based on market demand.
