In 2011, Hines Poland acquired an 11.86-acre site on which it developed the for-sale multifamily project Apartamenty NOVUM.

Phase I, completed in 2014, includes buildings ranging from 3-9 stories. Hines delivered a contemporary scheme, offering 447 apartments and 458 parking spaces.
