Developed by Hines in 2019, Novum II Apartments consists of two six-story buildings and more than 200 units in downtown Kraków.
The architecture of the residential complex has been inspired by the urban fabric of the Kraków downtown and features a natural, spacious and verdant inner courtyard intended for the sole use of its residents. The design involved restoring the brick walls of a historic artillery workshop and making them part of the structure of one of the buildings. This treatment, combined with the modern architecture of the property, imbues the buildings with a unique character.
