In 2013, Hines Global REIT, Inc. acquired Perspective Défense, a 289,670-square-foot, Class A office development located in Colombes, a submarket six miles northwest of Paris’ CBD, directly outside of La Défense.
Designed by 3 AM Architects and International d’Architecture, Perspective Défense was completed in 2007. The property includes two seven-story, glass-clad buildings connected by a 60-foot-high atrium with walkways at multiple levels. Each building includes a dedicated entrance, lobby and access to a three-level, below-grade parking garage with 530 spaces.
