About Pórtico

Pórtico is an eight-story, Class A office building in Madrid. The building is at a prominent location on the M-40 ring road at the entrance to the Campo de las Naciones business park. The typical floor is 31,215 square feet and offers maximum flexibility for tenants. Designed by world-renowned architects SOM and the Spanish architect Rafael de La-Hoz, the project was developed in partnership with the Madrid-based developer Monthisa. The building was completed in April 2005. Project financing was provided by HSH Nordbank.
