In January 2015, Hines Germany was hired as asset manager for Silvertower (Silberturm), a 32-story 708,696-square-foot office tower located in the Bahnhofsviertel district of Frankfurt, Germany.

Silvertower, designed by ABB Architekten and completed in 1978, is one of the most famous office towers of the Main metropolis and was the tallest building in Europe until 1990.
