In 2007, Hines, on behalf of its U.S. Core Office Fund, L.P., acquired the Johnson Ranch Corporate Center, a complex of five, two-story office buildings arranged in a campus-style setting totaling 187,936 square feet.
Johnson Ranch Corporate Center I & II were sold in December 2012. Hines continues to manage the properties. The property was rebranded to Slate Creek Corporate Centre in January 2014.
Slate Creek Corporate Centre I - consists of four buildings. This first phase of the complex was completed in 1992.

3400 Douglas Blvd., Bldg. I contains 33,862 square feet in two stories.
3400 Douglas Blvd., Bldg. II contains 33,620 square feet in two stories.

Slate Creek Corporate Centre II - located at 3700 Douglas Boulevard offers 40,661 square feet in two stories and was completed in 1998.
