Built from heavy timber, T3 Eastside is one of the most environmentally friendly and sustainable building types you’ll find in a modern workplace. T3 Eastside features several amenities for tenants to utilize, including a fitness center with a yoga studio, a tenant lounge, a rooftop patio, secured bike storage, a conference room, private tenant balconies, and on-site corporate residential suites. The building is LEED pre-certified, Wired pre-certified and WELL pre-certified. Construction on the project began in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2023.
