In 2011, Hines Global REIT acquired The Campus at Marlborough, in Marlborough, MA. The complex consists of three interconnected office buildings and an amenity building. The property has been approved for 650,000 square feet of additional development. Completed in 1999, the two, three, four and six-story buildings contain a total of 532,246 square feet. The complex includes a full-service cafeteria, fitness center and conference center, which includes a 300-seat auditorium.
Hines sold The Campus at Marlborough in June 2020 and currently serves as Property Manager.
