In 2014, Hines, in a joint venture with a subsidiary of a real estate fund managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., acquired Triton Towers, a Class A office complex in Renton, WA.
The 19-acre Triton campus comprises three, seven-story steel and concrete buildings, totaling 407,107 square feet, including a state-of-the-art conference center.
