Joachim Wintzer

Mr. Wintzer is a Managing Director of Hines Germany and is a co-head of the Berlin and Hamburg offices, based in Berlin. He is responsible for investment management, project development and business development across all asset classes in northern Germany with a focus on the Berlin and Hamburg regions. Prior to Hines, he worked for various international project developers and has over 25 years of professional experience in the development of large neighbourhood developments with different types of use.

Wintzer joined Hines in 2014. He graduated from the University of Aachen with a degree in Architecture in 2000 and in 2005 he gained a degree in Real Estate Management by the University of Stuttgart.
