Designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates, this state-of-the-art, 257,168 -square-foot Mediterranean-style building is located one block south of Miracle Mile and is part of a mixed-use development, which includes condominiums, retail and a public garden. The building, which combines highly efficient floor plates with an elegant yellow exterior, rises 12 stories from the popular retail district below where first-class restaurant, hotel and shopping amenities can be found. The project provides excellent access to the Miami International Airport and downtown Miami (both 15 minutes by car) and was completed in 2004.
