The development has a total area of ~3.1 million consisting of 2 towers and an amenity retail block.
Designed by Woods Bagot , New York, the design takes into consideration harmony with its natural environment and unhindered views of the Nagawara lake, built spaces interspersed with open spaces to enable social and recreational activity, development with focus on pedestrian traffic patterns, minimizing the disruption due to vehicular movement and welcoming grand plaza experience with placemaking pedestrian-friendly with all the vehicular movements planned in basement.
