Eden Park by Dror is a mid-high income, mixed-use and multi-phased development located in the premier Brooklin residential district of São Paulo, an irreplaceable site and one of the last available large sites in the district.
The site is located frontage to Roque Petroni Avenue, near Berrini/Chucri Zaidan office region, which is the second largest and fastest growing CBD in the city, with over 140k office workers.
