Südkreuz was acquired in 2016 as a plot of land for development and subsequent long-term holding. The property is part of the Schöneberg-Südkreuz urban area, where the state of Berlin is planning to redesign and upgrade the area south of Gleisdreieck. It has very good connections to the public infrastructure and public transportation system. There is high potential to upgrade the area, including leasing and appreciation potential, making the project ideal for long-term investments. The site was acquired with an existing development plan, which was further optimized after the acquisition.
