Two Park Central represents the second phase of Park Central, a master planned residential development in the heart of Calgary’s live-work-play Beltline neighbourhood. Upon completion, Two Park Central will consist of a 40-storey multifamily rental tower, totaling 406,000 square feet and 531 luxury rental units. As part of the development of Two Park Central, the laneway between the two phases will be upgraded to offer an elevated retail and pedestrian experience that features five pieces of significant artwork from prominent local artists.
Designed by leading architecture firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz, Two Park Central will deliver a best-in-class amenity offering that includes a rooftop pool and dining area, 40th-floor SkyLounge with unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains, state-of-the-art fitness facility, games rooms, co-working spaces, micro-offices and dog run.
The project is currently under construction and scheduled to be delivered in 2024.
