Hines has developed Clearwater at the Heights—a seven-story, 182,284-square-foot senior living community in Houston’s Heights neighborhood.
The development includes 198 independent living, assisted living and memory care residences with floor plans ranging from studio to two-bedroom. Designed by Muñoz + Albin, the community features world-class common area amenities including fitness rooms, art studio, theater, library, swimming pool, activities lawn, a salon, and golf simulator. An amply equipped wellness center offers a rich variety of movement and exercise classes. Residents enjoy several dining venues, including a café, a bar and a formal dining room and more casual gallery on the top floor that features skyline views.
Additionally, residents benefit from a spirit of engagement and sense of wellness in the community, which promotes life-long learning and whole-person well-being. Classes span a wide variety of subjects, generally orchestrated to increase community engagement and provide a strong balance of integrative benefits.
