About Torre Almirante

Torre Almirante is a 448,909-square-foot, 36-story office tower in downtown Rio de Janeiro, the preferred location for the city’s largest multinational and Brazilian-based companies. The project features 12,900-square-foot floor plates distributed in three elevator zones, and allows for spectacular 360-degree views of Rio’s stunning natural geography – including Guanabara Bay, the coastal mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. The complex was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, with Pontual Arquitetura in Brazil as associate architects. Construction commenced in April 2003 and the building welcomed Petrobras, the sole tenant, in October 2004.
