Arthur Hui

Mr. Hui is responsible for sourcing the execution of investment opportunities for Hines throughout Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Prior to joining Hines, he worked at a regional real estate fund where he was a key team member in the transaction and development of approximately 1m square feet of real estate in Greater China, totaling US$1.5b of GAV across multiple asset classes. Hui also worked with a property developer and was involved in the acquisition of land and property representing US$2b in GAV across Greater China.

Hui holds a B.B.A. from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
