Carol Sha

Ms. Sha, who has been with Hines since 2006, is the Managing Director of Human Resources. In her role, she is responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations within the Asia Pacific Region, with a key emphasis on aligning people strategies with the firm's business objectives to drive regional success and growth.

Ms. Sha collaborates with the region’s country heads and the global HR team to guide the development and implementation of HR initiatives. These initiatives not only enhance the firm's performance but also strengthen the OneHines culture in the Asia Pacific region.

Ms. Sha earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology.
