Dugan Fife

Dugan Fife is Senior Managing Director for Retail and Institutional Distribution at Hines Securities. He is responsible for managing the capital raising efforts for Hines-sponsored offerings across the country. Dugan also manages all Regional Directors and is instrumental in the development of investment programs offered through Hines Securities and relationships across distribution channels. He joined the firm as one of the original Regional Directors in 2004. He was promoted to Western Divisional Director in 2007 before assuming his current role in 2010.

Prior to joining Hines, Dugan was a wholesaler in the capital markets space covering Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.
