James Molloy

Mr. Molloy serves as Director and is responsible for the day-to-day management operation of Hines throughout New Zealand, including new acquisitions and development projects. Based in Auckland, he brings over 16 years of real estate investment and acquisition experience. Before joining the firm in 2023, Molloy was General Manager - Investment, where he built an extensive track record in raising capital from multiple sources that was deployed in the acquisition and management of diverse asset classes across the New Zealand market.

Molloy earned a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland, New Zealand in 2007 and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
