Jonathan Weaver

Mr. Weaver is a Managing Director within the Portfolio Management team. Mr. Weaver joined in May 2020 and supports HEPP in its daily portfolio management operations. Prior to joining Hines, Mr. Weaver spent nearly three years leading the Luxembourg office of Saltgate, a Fund administration business specialising in the alternative investment sector with a number of leading real estate clients. Prior to this, he spent over 10 years at Pradera, where in his last role he was Fund Finance Director with responsibility for the financial, reporting and fund management of a number of Pan-European real estate funds. Mr. Weaver started his career as an auditor and previously worked at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte in London where he specialised in the audits of both listed and non-listed real estate clients.

Mr. Weaver is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from King’s College London.
