Manoel Pereira

Mr. Pereira has 25 years of accounting and finance experience.

Since joining Hines, Mr. Pereira has specialized in real estate finance and reporting with increasing responsibilities that now include tax, accounting, treasury real estate financing and human resources for approximately 40 companies linked to the projects and respective assets developed or managed by Hines Brazil.

Prior to joining Hines, Mr. Pereira worked in the banking industry in accounting and treasury functions.

Mr. Pereira holds a Bachelor in Accounting from Camilo Castelo Branco University and a Post-Graduation in Finance & Control from Mackenzie University. He is a Brazilian and American CPA.
