Marcin Wielgus

Marcin Wielgus joined Hines in 2008 and initially focused on reporting, securing financing and overseeing subsidiaries in Cyprus and Luxembourg. He was also responsible for creating and verification of financial models with respect to all current and potential Hines-managed investments in Poland. Over the years he led Business Development & Acquisitions team focused on identifying new business opportunities, as well as transaction execution, and served as Debt Financing Director arranging, negotiating and implementing external debt and hedging strategies for all Hines’ projects in Poland. Recently he served as Finance Director & Head of Transactions, being responsible for all finance and transaction matters at Hines Poland.

Marcin Wielgus holds an M.A. in Finance & Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics (2009) and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance Management (2010) from the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed CCIM program (2012) and is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (since 2018).
