Paul Ghazal

Paul Ghazal joined Hines in 2019 and is an Associate on the dedicated fund management team for the Hines U.S. Property Recovery Fund. Prior to joining the Fund team, Paul worked on Hines’ Global Investment Strategy team, where he focused primarily on investment vehicle incubation and strategy development across multiple product types and geographies.

Previously, Paul was a Senior Associate at State Street Corporation in Boston within their Professional Development Program, where he rotated between Alternative Investments–PERE and Regulatory/Government Affairs.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and the Economics of Public Policy from Dartmouth College.
