Paul White

Paul White serves as Senior Fund Manager leading the Hines European Real Estate Partners series. Since 2016, he has been primarily dedicated to the creation and oversight of the HEREP funds, responsible for setting direction and managing the investment, operations and the overall team contributing to this flagship strategy.
Having initially joined Hines in 2008 to manage an existing value add profile vehicle, Paul has been responsible for creating and overseeing various Hines’ core-plus and value add profile separate accounts and joint ventures, culminating with HEREP. Prior to joining Hines, Paul held positions in corporate finance at PwC and in the European real estate finance team of investment bank Nomura, underwriting and structuring debt, mezzanine and equity capital packages for complex real estate-backed private equity investments. Paul holds a First Class Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from St. John’s College, Oxford University.
