Ryan Moses

Ryan Moses is Director, Fund Management, Americas responsible for developing and executing the U.S. Property Recovery Fund’s investment strategy.

In his previous role, Ryan was Director, Fund Management, responsible for the development and execution of investment strategies on behalf of various separate accounts, with a focus on investments in the living and logistics sectors.

Since joining Hines in 2016, Ryan has served as an Associate on the Firm’s Global Investment Strategy team, where he contributed to the design and structuring of the Recovery Fund, and as an associate on Hines’ dedicated living sector team, focusing on acquisitions and de vel opment. Prior to joining Hines, Ryan spent four years working in structured credit investing at Christofferson, Robb & Company in New York.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and German Studies from Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
