Sheri Gorbey Fisher

Sheri leads the Strategic Sourcing platform at Hines, with responsibility for developing standards, tools, resources and programs to support procurement needs for corporate services such as travel and office equipment, as well as those needed for our property, facility and multi-family management engagements.

In this role, Sheri established Hines’ Strategic Supplier Program and serves as primary relationship manager for our largest vendor partners. She is a key advisor for our Supplier Diversity Program and one of its biggest champions, serving as primary liaison for our membership in the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). She hosts a bi-monthly Sourcing Community of Practice to share insight into new resources she and her team have developed, introduce new vendor partners and opportunities for innovation, as well as to provide training and reinforcement of sourcing standards and processes to Hines personnel in all regions. Sheri manages a team responsible for leading national and regional RFx initiatives, assisting property and facility teams with procurement of our most critical and complex services and managing our Supplier Screening Program.

Sheri joined Hines in July of 2021 from one of our largest competitors where she served as a Managing Director developing and overseeing execution of global sourcing strategies. She has nearly 25 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry in total with 20+ spent building and leading exceptional sourcing and procurement teams and delivering outstanding sourcing results.

Sheri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). Outside of work she enjoys running, reading, traveling and spending time with her two adorable fur babies.
