Simon Shen is currently responsible for managing funds investing in Asia. Since joining Hines in 1997, Simon has contributed to the investment, acquisition, and development of over 4.3 million square meters of real estate, including office, industrial, residential and retail in Asia, Americas, and Europe. His experience in fund management and formation has spanned over 20 years and across multiple funds and separate accounts.
Simon holds a BS in naval architecture from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
