Walter O'Shea

Mr. O’Shea is a senior managing director and is responsible for identifying, developing, acquiring, managing, financing, leasing, selling and marketing select Hines projects in the Southeast Region of the United States. Since joining Hines in 1996, Mr. O’Shea has been responsible for the planning and execution of projects totaling over 3,000 acres of land and 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space.

O’Shea earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and his Master of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.
