Wojciech Rumian

Wojciech Rumian is responsible for analysis and assessment of all new projects and co-manages all operations at Hines Polska. He joined the firm in 2001 and has played a critical role in cooperation with local authorities, coordinating the complex acquisition of the Warszawa-Centrum Municipality plot for the Metropolitan project. He was the driving force behind the effort of receiving the MIPIM 2004 nomination and then actually taking the award for the Metropolitan as the Best Business Center. In January 2018, he became Co-Head of Hines Poland.
Mr. Rumian is a graduate of Uniwersytet Jagiellonski in Krakaow and University of Reading (UK).
