With over 30 years in the Denver metro area, Hines has developed and managed an expansive portfolio of office, retail, residential and industrial properties throughout Colorado. Serving as one of the main office locations for the Southwest Region, landmark projects include Aspen Highlands Village, River Valley Ranch in Carbondale and Zephyr Mountain Lodge in Winter Park. The firm is also a significant player in the office category, having developed 1515 Wynkoop and 1601 Wewatta in downtown Denver and with the skyline-changing 1144 Fifteenth, currently under construction.

Hines is also the largest property manager of Class A office and industrial space in the region and has added to its portfolio through acquisitions, alternative investment structures and third-party development and construction management contracts.
