This will be Brewery Bhavana’s second location following its success in downtown Raleigh, which received national and international accolades as being one of the best new restaurants in America by Bon Apetit and one of the “10 Coolest Places to Eat” in the world by Forbes magazine. Brewery Bhavana is expected to open at Fenton in 2024.

“Brewery Bhavana and Vega Vitality will join a stellar list of curated retailers offering Fenton's guests best-in-class shopping, dining, and wellness-focused experiences," said Bruce Koniver, principal at Odyssey Retail Advisors, who is leading the retail leasing at Fenton.

In time for the holiday season, recent retail openings at Fenton include California-based Johnny Was, a women’s luxury clothing brand known for its distinctive blend of bohemian elegance and effortless style; and Rejuvenation, a Williams-Sonoma brand known for its assortment of furniture and light fixtures, textiles, and one-of-a-kind vintage finds. Both stores are firsts in the Triangle.

“Fenton is a differentiated type of workplace in Cary, one that is richly amenitized, which we believe is a crucial component for fostering employee collaboration and drawing in new talent. We look forward to welcoming our new tenants and their employees,” said John Heagy, senior managing director at Hines.
