Hines Advances Plans For Clari Park In Nashville’s Suburbs With Land Acquisition And Commences Construction

Suburban-core mixed-use destination located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to include 300-unit, Class A multifamily property

(NASHVILLE) – Hines, the global real estate investment, development, and property manager, today announced it has advanced its plans for Clari Park, a 78-acre mixed-use destination located at 2600 Roby Corlew Ln. in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. As part of the development’s first phase, Hines has acquired an 11.4-acre land parcel and has commenced construction on a Class A 300-unit multifamily community, The Residences at Clari Park.

Strategically located in the heart of the larger Hines Clari Park master-planned community, the property will offer future residents an unprecedented walkable suburban living experience in the core of Murfreesboro’s commercial and entertainment Gateway District adjacent to The Avenue Murfreesboro, an 800,000-square-foot super-regional lifestyle center.
