(WARSAW, POLAND) – Hines, the international real estate firm, is pleased to announce lease renewals at two logistics parks. The company thyssenkrupp has renewed its lease of warehouse and office space covering 6,260 square meters in Distribution Park Sosnowiec (“DP Sosnowiec”) for three years. Nielsen Brandbank has also renewed its lease in Distribution Park Okęcie (“DP Okęcie”) for eight years and has expanded the leased office space to approximately 600 square meters.
Thyssenkrupp is a leading distributor of metals and plastics in Poland. It offers a wide selection of products made of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastic. It also features special-use products, building systems and welding materials.
"The activity of our company is closely linked to the availability of our products directly in warehouses located across the country. With an extensive network of warehouses, including DP Sosnowiec, we are able to respond to our clients’ needs in a very short time," commented Maciej Kowalewski, head of marketing at thyssenkrupp Materials Poland S.A.
Nielsen Brandbank has also renewed its lease and will expand its office space in DP Okęcie. Nielsen Brandbank is one of the world's major trusted suppliers of digital product data for e-commerce websites, mobile shopping applications and virtual merchandising systems. The office space in DP Okęcie comprises a professional photo studio.
"The choice of Distribution Park Okęcie for our Warsaw office was not random. Our clients’ warehouses and offices are situated within the building and in its surroundings. Easy access to their products and proximity to the Warsaw Chopin Airport enable us to feel comfortable when doing studio photos for our business partners’ purposes," said Kamila Wrońska, Central Europe Commercial Director at Nielsen Brandbank.
"The long-term satisfaction of our tenants is our goal. Hines strives to maintain the highest standards in our industrial/logistics real estate, and we are committed to delivering solutions that meet our clients’ needs,” commented Julia Racewicz, asset manager at Hines Polska.
Hines Polska operates as asset and property manager of DP Sosnowiec and DP Okęcie, i.e., Hines Global REIT.
