Hines Earns 2023 Energy Star® Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Award

(HOUSTON, TX) – Hines, the global real estate investment, development and property manager, is proud to announce it is a recipient of the 2023 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy. This is the 19th time Hines has been recognized and the 16th time Hines has received the Sustained Excellence Award.

Hines’ portfolio of ENERGY STAR buildings consists of 175 facilities and more than 82.7 million square feet. With an average performance rating of 81, the portfolio is 31% more energy efficient than the national average, according to ENERGY STAR portfolio manager.
