PARIS – Hines, a global real estate investment, development, and property manager, has launched its property management services offering in France to provide active hands-on operational management and to further strengthen its ties with local communities.
The new division, Hines Management Services in France, aims to provide an enhanced customer experience focused on liberating occupiers from the inefficiencies of multiple service providers. It offers a full end-to-end service across entire buildings including mechanical and technical engineering, client experience including leasing management, energy performance monitoring, asset and risk management, property management accounting, and administration services.
Hicham Farhat has joined Hines in France as property management manager to spearhead the new offering, already recruiting three new team members with plans to further build out the team. Prior to Hines, Hicham held the role of technical property manager at Cromwell Property Group after spending over seven years as a technical manager at Sefal Property and BNP Paribas Real Estate respectively.
In total, Hines in France has €4.6bn1 of assets under management and with this launch delivers a full lifecycle service capability to its clients including sourcing, acquiring, funding, developing, disposing and now property managing real estate assets, alongside its global investment management offering.
Xavier Musseau, president at Hines in France commented: "Our ambition is to operate the buildings we own, irrespective of asset structure, to get even closer to our customers to add real value. It will also enable us to better perceive and anticipate our customers’ aspirations in order to respond in an even more effective way. We want to operate directly to instill our first class standards because we are convinced that knowing our buildings, their location and their use, will likely deliver a better customer experience for all end users.
“We look forward to building out our new offering across our portfolio in France, with a key strategic focus on residential, and we welcome Hicham with his extensive property management expertise to our team.”
