(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – Hines, the international real estate firm, recently announced that Scott Martinson has been promoted from Director-Acquisitions to Managing Director-Asset Management in the firm’s Columbia Square office in Washington, D.C.
Martinson joined Hines 21 years ago as a Property Manager, and since then has contributed to the leasing, management, acquisition and/or disposition of more than 6.1 million square feet of commercial properties and 20 acres of commercial land
including: 6700 and 6710 Rockledge Drive in Bethesda; Riverfront Plaza in Richmond, VA; and 2100 M Street in Washington, D.C. In 2012, he was instrumental in the acquisition of Constitution Center in Washington, D.C., including procuring Hines’ property management assignment. Currently, he serves as the project director on the 22-story Tysons Tower development management assignment in McLean, VA.
