(WARSAW, POLAND) – Hines, the international real estate firm, has signed a lease agreement for warehouse space at Distribution Park Wrocław, where Mall.pl will occupy 9,504 square metres.
Mall.pl is a Czech-based online shop, currently operating in 6 European countries. Its Polish branch features over 85,000 products in such categories as electronics, home appliances, computers, sporting goods, toys, housewares, gardening equipment, clothes and many more. The space leased at Distribution Park Wrocław will become Mall.pl’s main warehouse in Poland.

Distribution Park Wrocław is a built-to-suit logistic facility constructed in 2009. The park consists of two halls with a total area of 46,279 square metres and 29 loading/unloading docks. The property has also 80 parking spaces for cars and trucks. The facility is located within the administrative boundaries of Wrocław, just a few kilometers from the capital of Lower Silesia, on Kępińska Street. A major advantage of the Park, easing the work and employment processes, is the direct access to public transport. DP Wrocław is located close to the new Wrocław ring road, giving very good access to the A4 motorway, which runs from Berlin via Kraków towards Ukraine.
