(WARSAW, POLAND) – Hines, the international real estate firm, is pleased to announce that the preleasing process of the second building in the Proximo complex (“Proximo II”), under construction at the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station in the Warsaw Wola District, has been highly successful. Proximo II, which offers 20,000 square meters of office space, is already 75 percent preleased.
The most recent tenant at Proximo II is EY Global Delivery Services Poland, the Polish branch of an organization operating in five countries and providing services to companies of the EY network. The company will occupy floors 7 through 9, with a private deck accessible to staff only. EY GDS Poland opted for Proximo II because of its location close to the heart of Warsaw and excellent access to other parts of the city by public transportation. There are several public transportation stops in the vicinity of the building, including Rondo Daszyńskiego line 2 metro station, bus and tram stops, as well as the railway station Warszawa Główna which is currently being modernized. Proximo II is equipped with infrastructure for cyclists both within the building and in its area.

Hines Polska also signed two lease agreements earlier this year for approximately 11,400 square meters with companies in the FMCG and advisory sector. Details of those lease agreements are confidential.
About Proximo II
The second building of the Proximo complex is under construction at the intersection of Prosta and Przyokopowa streets, in the immediate proximity of the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station. The cascade-style office building offers its prospective tenants 20,000 square meters of modern office space on 10 floors and 650 square meters of retail and service premises on the ground floor. A two-level underground car garage will house 207 parking spaces with 12 spaces outside the facility.
The construction of Proximo II began in late June 2016 and has been progressing on schedule with Hochtief Polska as the general contractor. The second stage of the investment was created by the reputed British architectural design studio Rolfe Judd, which cooperates with Pininfarina on the reception lobby design.
Similar to the first stage of the investment, the new building will stand apart for the large area of the floors. The investment will be completed in line with BREEAM Design Stage “Very Good” certification standards. The first tenants will move into Proximo II at the turn of the first and second quarter of 2018.
