One Horizon Center, Hines’ first project in India, was recently named Environmentally Friendly Commercial Project of the Year by media conglomerate New Delhi Television Limited (NDTV).
The 25-story, Robert A.M. Stern-designed office tower was completed in 2014 and earned LEED Platinum certification under the Indian Green Building Council’s LEED India certification standards in 2015.
One Horizon Center optimizes its energy usage and employee productivity through water recycling and savings, energy saving systems and the use of natural lighting through a large percentage of daylight areas. The property was previously recognized by NDTV in 2015, and was designated Best Commercial High-Rise Development in India – the highest achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
