R360 Environmental Solutions, Inc. Signs Lease at Four Greenspoint Plaza

(HOUSTON) – Hines, the international real estate firm, announced today that R360 Environmental Solutions, Inc., a leading independent provider of environmentally conscious waste disposal, recycling and treatment solutions to oil and gas producers, has signed a lease for 8,955 square feet of office space in Four Greenspoint Plaza located in North Houston.

R360 was represented in lease negotiations by Corporate Managing Director Drew Morris of Studley, while Hines Director of Leasing Allison Knight and General Property Manager Kelly McNeill represented Greenspoint Plaza Limited Partnership.

Hines and the General Motors Pension Plans jointly own six office buildings (One, Two, Three, Four, Five and Six Greenspoint Plaza) and three retail buildings (Gallery I, II and III) in the Greenspoint area.

The 23-story, 400,000-square-foot Four Greenspoint Plaza is located at 16945 Northchase Drive.

With the signing of this lease, Four Greenspoint Plaza is 99 percent leased.

The entire Greenspoint Plaza complex is 99 percent leased.
