The property is located in the Midtown West portion of the central business district—a prime office location for a variety of tenants, at the gateway to LoDo, with easy access via road and rail.
The property was renovated in 2018, which included a complete lobby renovation, addition of a tenant lounge, conference facilities and outdoor space, spec suite program and many other upgrades.
