600 Thirteenth Street is clad in limestone, granite and architectural pre-cast concrete. The lobby features marble, granite, custom-designed eight-foot-high torcheres, a large chandelier and wall sconces. The project includes 13,007 square feet of retail space, including a white-tablecloth restaurant, and parking for 150 cars in an underground garage.
