The Canyons Center portfolio is comprised of four institutional-quality office buildings totaling 210,000 square feet and is located in the premier, master-planned community of Summerlin, west of the famed Las Vegas strip. Hines currently serves as the property manager for this asset, after having sold the entire Summerlin Portfolio in 2017 to a private investor. The portfolio includes:
