Diagonal 123 Redevelopment

In 2008, Hines was hired as the redeveloper of the Diagonal 123 office building in Barcelona, Spain. The project consisted of redeveloping the 12-story, 93,269-square-foot building including 16,200 square feet of retail space. The property also includes a four-level, 240-car garage.

The redevelopment was completed in 2009 and designed by Dominique Perrault.
